Tomball grad Diaz plays in Texas Christian loss
Tomball High School graduate Caitlin Diaz played for Texas Christian University in against conference rival Baylor University on Feb. 16 at Ferrell Center in Waco,Texas Christian's website reported.
The freshman forward grabbed one rebound for the Horned Frogs, who dropped to 7-17 on the season and 0-13 in the Big 12 Conference.
TCU's next game is 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 at home against Oklahoma State.
Diaz is a 2012 graduate of Tomball High School, where she was also rated as the No.18 player in Texas according to Premier Basketball Report. Diaz was named to the All-Greater Houston all-star squad. Diaz is from Houston.
