Salem Lutheran School students compete in academic event

Salem Lutheran School sent 22 of its students to participate in Academic Quest hosted by Lutheran High North in Houston in January.
The competition's topics covered math, science, Bible topics and literature.
Salem Lutheran School had 14 medalists who placed in the top six 25 times, including Timothy Willamson, Trent Morris, Sydney Gibbs, Katie Davis, Parker Addison, Josiah Niekerk, Amy Jackson, Christopher Greene, Cole Davis, David Henscheid, Caleb Ward, Corbett Fong, David Wolf and Cole Larsen.
"I like that we get to take tests to test our knowledge and the medals that come along with winning," said Cole Larsen, an eighth-grader, in a Salem Lutheran School press release.
