Five Tomball runners complete Run with the Reindeer 5K

Five athletes from Tomball completed the Run with the Reindeer 5K Saturday, Dec. 8 at The Woodlands.

The runners from Tomball and their finishing times were Nathan Ramirez, 22, 26:23; Amber Ramirez, 24, 26:39; Cameron Stelly, 18, 29:50; Hope Horwath, 17, 29:50; and Ernest Mendez Jr., 35, 31:02.

Race organizers said that 111 runners finished the 5K race, which began and ended at Northshore Park.

Samantha Draney, of The Woodlands, won the race and women's division with a time of 18:44. Marco Beltran, also of The Woodlands, won in the men's section in 19:50.
