Gas prices in and around Tomball were lower than the averages for Houston and the country as a whole last week, according to data from the price-tracking website gasbuddy.com.

Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates at 27 gas stations in and around Tomball as of Saturday, Nov. 24. The average price of regular unleaded gas in Tomball is $3.10 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Houston average at $3.12, the state average at $3.14 and the nationwide average at $3.44.

The least expensive gas in Tomball is reported to be $3.05 for a gallon of regular unleaded, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged at Exxon, 15222 FM -2920.

A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area at $3.19, at Conoco, 24111 Tomball Parkway; Chevron, 24914 Tomball Parkway; and Shell, 28602 Tomball Parkway.
