Tomball grad Diaz scores in TCU win
Tomball High School graduate Caitlin Diaz contributed three points to Texas Christian University's 61-55 home win against University of Central Florida Friday, Nov. 16 at Daniel-Meyer Coliseum in Fort Worth, according to the TCU website.
The TCU freshman forward also recorded four rebounds for the Horned Frogs, who improved to 1-1 on the season.
Texas Christian's also played. Sunday, Nov. 25 on the road at Texas State.
Diaz is a 2012 graduate of Tomball High School, where she was also rated as the No. 18 ranked player in Texas according to Premier Basketball Report. Diaz was named to the All-Greater Houston all-star squad. Diaz is from Houston.
