Tomball Planning and Zoning Commission to meet Nov. 12
The Tomball Planning and Zoning Commission will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12.
According to the published agenda, the following new business is scheduled for discussion:
Consideration to approve the final plat of Valley Tree subdivision; consideration to approve replat of the final plat reserve at Spring Lake, Section One; consideration to approve a city-initiated text amendment to the Tomball Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to amend Section 42.4 (“Fences in Residential Areas”); and conduct a public hearing on Zoning Case P12-510.
The meeting will be held in City Hall, 401 Market St.
