Foodservice co. owner deals Lakewood Grove 4BD

Michael C. Bench and Kristi R. Bench transferred a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 11315 Lakewood Field Court in Tomball to Joseph D. Mosier on Aug. 4.

The 2,965-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Lakewood Grove subdivision. It is valued at $197,839.

Mr. Bench is the owner and chief financial officer at Jake's Finer Foods, Inc., a distributor of foodservice products. He previously was a financial analyst at Quanta Services. Prior to that, he was a staff consultant at Arthur Andersen.

He earned his bachelor's degree in finance and management from Texas A&M University.

The Benches also relinquished a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 9627 Summer Run Drive in North Houston in Aug. 2004.
