Telecommunications firm manager nabs Tomball 3BD
Paul A. Clent acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 10219 Cinnaberry Lane in Tomball from Colleen R. Blythe on Feb. 1.
Blythe acquired the 1,515-square-foot property in the Sugarberry Place subdivision from Long Beach Mortgage Company and Washington Mutual Bank in Feb. 2007. It was built in 2005 and is valued at $71,850.
Mr. Clent is a senior commercial manager at British Telecom/BT Global Services, a telecommunications firm. He was previously an operations project manager at Schlumberger Information Solutions, where he also served as a senior engineer. Prior to that, he was a systems design engineer at Cable & Wireless.
He holds a degree in telecommunications from City and East London College.
Clent previously relinquished a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 13102 Oak Ledge Drive in Northwest Houston in Aug. 2007.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,044 home sales in Tomball in the past 12 months.
