Amanda J. Billard acquired a six-bedroom, four-bath home at 18710 Tupper Creek Court in Tomball from Jonathan and Valerie Thielemann on Sept. 29.
The Thielemanns acquired the property in Oct. 2008. The 3,404-square-foot house was built in 2008 and is valued at $214,667.
Mr. Thielemann is a tanker FFA broker at Imarex, a shipping firm.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,343 home sales in Tomball during the past 12 months.
