Rosehill Christian School announces I Timothy 4:12 Award
Lizzy Edwards has been awarded Rosehill Christian School’s I Timothy 4:12 Award.
Each semester, a RCS student is nominated by the school administration and staff to the RCS board as an outstanding student. The student who is selected must exhibit high academic performance, be recognized as a leader among peers and perform daily with the heart of a servant.
I Timothy 4:12 states, “Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”
Edwards, a senior, has more than 50 hours of community service for the 2011-2012 school year, takes mission trips to Africa each summer, volunteers for school-related events and maintains a high grade point average.
