Magnolia woman faces DWI charge
A Magnolia woman who allegedly did not to stop after her car was involved in a Jan. 13 accident was arrested for driving while intoxicated and failure to stop and give information.
Police said the 26-year-old woman, whose identity was not included in the news release, fled on foot into a store in the 27600 block of Tomball Parkway after her vehicle collided with another in the store’s parking lot at 6:16 p.m.
After she was arrested, the woman allegedly admitted drinking several drinks before the accident. She failed both a sobriety test and breathalyzer test.
