Tomball Walmart named in slip-and-fall case
Walmart is being sued after a customer says she was injured while shopping at its Tomball location.
Rosenthellia Carroll filed a lawsuit on Jan. 25 in Harris County District Court against Walmart Stores and Walmart Stores Texas, citing negligence.
Carroll says on Jan. 29, 2010, she suffered injuries while shopping at the Tomball-area Walmart. According to the brief, she slipped and fell in liquid detergent that had been left on the floor.
Carroll is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Anthony Bannwart.
