New models, sections open in Wildwood at NorthPointe

New models are nearing completion in a new gated section of Wildwood at NorthPointe that features homes by Village Builders and M/I Homes, and a limited number of lakeside homesites.

Village Builders and M/I Homes are nearing completion on new models in the new section, where homesites range from 65 and 75 feet in width. The models are scheduled to open in the spring.

Village Builders and M/I Homes will offer new one- and two-story designs on homesites that average 65 feet in width, and Village Builders will also be building in a new section that features 75-foot homesites.

The opening of the new section represents a growing demand for homes in this Tomball-area community, known for its easy access to state Highway 249, wide range of amenities and outstanding Tomball Independent School District schools all located close to home.

In addition to getting a preview of what’s new, visitors to Wildwood at NorthPointe can tour decorated models by Lennar, Meritage Homes and Legend Homes. Prices range from the $130,000s to the $250,000s.
