Pro Baseball: Trevor C. Hurley, Myrtle Beach Pelicans

Trevor C. Hurley pitched one inning, striking out two and allowing two earned runs Saturday in the Myrtle Beach Pelicans's 8-5 loss to the Frederick Keys. Hurley graduated from Tomball High School.

Hurley is a 2005 graduate of Tomball High School. He went on to play college baseball at Kansas State for three seasons (2006 to 2008) making 58 appearances on the mound for the Wildcats. He logged a career mark of 1-5 with three saves and a 5.98 ERA. Hurley was drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 22nd round (663rd overall) of the 2008 Major League Baseball draft. Between 2008 ad 2010 Hurley appeared in 87 games 15 of which were starts in the Texas system going 13-6 with 18 saves and a 2.78 ERA as he advanced to advanced single-A with Bakersfield of the California League. Pro Baseball: Troy J. Patton, Norfolk Tides

Troy J. Patton pitched four innings, allowing one earned run Saturday in the Norfolk Tides's 11-3 loss to the Buffalo Bisons. Patton graduated from Tomball High School.

Patton is a 2004 graduate of Tomball High School where he was a first-team high school all-American pitcher as a senior (2004). He was a ninth-round selection (274th overall) of the Houston Astros in the 2004 Major League Baseball draft. Patton spent four seasons (2004 to 2007) in the Houston system before he made his Major League debut with the Astros on Aug. 25 2007 going 0-2 with a 3.55 ERA in three appearances including two starts. On Dec. 12 2007 Patton was traded to the Baltimore Orioles along with four other prospects in the Miguel Tejada deal. Patton made 25 starts with Nolfolk in 2010 going 8-11 with a 4.43 ERA and he made one appearance out of the bullpen for Baltimore pitching a scoreless two-thirds on an inning in his big league return. A Tomball man was arrested and charged with military violation and driving while intoxicated (first time offender, blood alcohol content .08) on June 19, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Montgomery County misdemeanors, June 19-25

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of June 19-25:

Kyle Wayne Warren, 51, plead Not Guilty to a charge of resisting arrest, search or transport he was charged with on June 23.

Warren was arrested on June 19 by Officer Barnett I of the Patton Village Police Department on charges of *RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT*, *RECKLESS DRIVING* and *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

The case was dismissed on June 24.

Warren is described as a 5-foot-7, 220 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on March 1, 1960, in Texas. His last known address is 8023 Summer Place Drive ive, Humble.

Kc Nicole Irwin, 19, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on June 29. Her defense attorney is Phillip Wayne Ii Garrison.

Irwin was arrested on June 20 by Officer Saul Ortiz of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*. Police reported one victim.

Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on June 20. The bond was released on Dec. 13.

On Dec. 13, the case was deferred.

Irwin is described as a 5-foot-2, 135 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on March 25, 1992, in NE. Her last known address is 3518 Valley Chase Drive ive, Humble.

Jonathan Blake Young, 21, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 28. His defense attorney is Michael C Young.

Young was arrested on June 22 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **POSS MARIJ <2OZ**. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on June 23. The bond was released on Sept. 7.

The case was dismissed on Sept. 23.

Young is described as a 5-foot-10, 200 white 1 with blond hair and blue eyes. He was born on April 17, 1990, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 9494 Humble WeSt. field, Humble.

Adam Scott Belden, 33, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on July 7. His defense attorney is Sebastian Felix Lanz.

Belden was arrested on June 23 by Officer Niklas of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on June 24. The bond was released on Nov. 22.

On Nov. 22, the defendant received a straight fine.

Belden is described as a 5-foot-8, 145 white 1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born on April 3, 1978, in SAN DEIGO, California. His last known address is 18218 Drive umheller Lane, Tomball.

Jessica Moore, 18, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on July 7. Her defense attorney is Andrea Kolski.

Moore was arrested on June 24 by Officer Teri Ross of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50<$500*. Police reported one victim.

A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on June 26.

Moore is described as a 5-foot-3, 125 white with blond hair and green eyes. She was born on November 26, 1993, in Houston, Texas. Her last known address is 24215 Kuykendahl, Tomball.

Jeremy Drew Houser, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on July 14. His defense attorney is John Denholm.

Houser was arrested on June 25 by Officer Jason Prince of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*. Police reported one victim and seven witnesses.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on June 25. The bond was released on Jan. 18.

The final judgment was on Jan. 18.

Houser is described as a 6-foot-0, 185 white 1 with blond hair and blue eyes. He was born on December 28, 1987, in Humble, Texas. His last known address is 7523 Pine Green Lane, Humble.

April Rochelle Shinn, 45, plead Not Guilty to a charge of criminal trespassing in a habitation, shelter or infrastructure she was charged with on July 7. Her defense attorney is James D Jones.
