Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 1-7

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 1-7:

Kimberly McGarrah Breedlove, 39, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on May 5. Her defense attorney is Jon A . Jaworski.

Breedlove was arrested on May 2 by Officer D Weatherford of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*. Police reported one victim.

Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on May 3. The bond was released on Feb. 6.

On Feb. 6, the case was deferred.

Breedlove is described as a 5-foot-6, 130 white with blond hair and blue eyes. She was born on November 1, 1972, in Texas. Her last known address is 11834 Brantley HAve. n, Tomball.



Thomas L. Cano, 34, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on May 11.

Cano was arrested on May 4 by Officer Lopez of the Magnolia Police Department on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on May 5. The bond was forfeited on June 8. The bond was released on Feb. 2.

Cano is described as a 5-foot-9, 215 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on October 14, 1977, in Texas. His last known address is 12206 Woody Hollow Drive ive, Tomball.



Steven Dale Simonson, 29, was charged with interfering with an emergency call on March 25. His defense attorney is Stephen Simonsen.

Simonson was arrested on May 4 by the WICHITA COUNTY on charges of *INTERFER W/EMERGENCY CALL*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

Brenda Green Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on May 4.

Simonson is described as a 6 0, 200 white 1 with brown hair and green eyes. He was born on March 10, 1982. His last known address is 1411 Green Tree, Tomball.
