Montgomery County misdemeanors, Feb. 27-March 5

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Feb. 27-March 5:

Keith Alexander Funderburk, 23, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on March 7. His defense attorney is Casey Loring.

Funderburk was arrested on Feb. 28 by Officer Ryan Simpson of the Splendora Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*. There were two warrants for the defendant.

Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $600 bond on Feb. 28. The bond was forfeited on Nov. 16.

Funderburk is described as a 5-foot-3, 125 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on March 28, 1988, in BUFFALO, NY. His last known address is 3030 Creek Manor Drive ive, Humble.

Dylan Tyler Moore, 19, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 7.

Moore was arrested on Feb. 28 by Officer T Epperson of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50<$500*. Police reported one victim.

Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on March 1. The bond was released on March 15.

On March 15, the case was deferred.

Moore is described as a 5-foot-10, 135 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on April 20, 1992, in Texas. His last known address is 24215 Kuykendahl, Tomball.

Brent Anthony Schutter, 29, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams he was charged with on March 7. His defense attorney is William Eric Harrison.

Schutter was arrested on Feb. 28 by Officer Chapa of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *POSS CS PG 3 <28G* and *POSS MARIJ <2OZ*.

A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on March 2. The bond was released on Oct. 24.

The case was dismissed on Oct. 24.

Schutter is described as a 5-foot-6, 185 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on June 7, 1982, in AR. His last known address is 3918 Atascosita Road 638, Humble.

Joseph Edwin Paskie, 44, plead Not Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams he was charged with on March 8. His defense attorney is Frank Brice Hersom.

Paskie was arrested on March 2 by Officer C Azwell of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS CS PG 3 <28G* and *POSS DANGEROUS DRUG*.

The case was dismissed on March 18.

Paskie is described as a 5-foot-6, 140 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on April 29, 1967, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 17814 Sunshine Terr., Humble.

Trudy Jane Baxter, 46, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated she was charged with on March 23. Her defense attorney is Lynn Tuttle Coleman.

Baxter was arrested on March 5 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND**. Police reported one victim.

A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on March 13. The bond was released on Sept. 14.

The final judgment was on Sept. 14.

Baxter is described as a 5-foot-0, 110 white with red hair and brown eyes. She was born on October 30, 1965, in SAN FRANCISCO, California. Her last known address is 311 Florence, Tomball.

Anicasio Ramirez-Perez, 32, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 10.

Ramirez-Perez was arrested on March 5 by Officer Valdez of the Magnolia Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT*.

On March 11, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Ramirez-Perez is described as a 5-foot-7, 130 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on October 11, 1979, in MEXICO, Minnesota. His last known address is 10626 Mahaffy Road, Tomball.
