A Tomball woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (first time offender, blood alcohol content .08), 2 counts of failure to maintain financial responsibility (no insurance) and fail to yeild right of way on September 4, 2011, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Shelly Leigh Szymansli, 27 years old, was booked at the Harris County Jail on September 4, 2011 and is facing misdemeanor charges. She resides at 22319 Kobs Rd.
