Montgomery County misdemeanors, Feb. 5-11

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Feb. 5-11:

Joseph David Walker Jr., 26, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 9.

Walker was arrested on Feb. 5 by Officer Thompson of the SHPD on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Walker is described as a 6-foot-1, 170 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on November 16, 1985, in MILLINGTON, TN. His last known address is 21507 Duke Alexander Drive ive, Humble.

Jonathan Blake Young, 21, was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 2 aless than 2 ounces on Jan. 25.

Young was arrested on Feb. 10 by Officer Chapa of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of **POSS CS PG 2-A

Young is described as a 5-foot-10, 200 white 1 with blond hair and blue eyes. He was born on April 17, 1990, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 9494 Humble WeSt. field # 212, Humble.

Cory James Brocken, 26, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 9.

Brocken was arrested on Feb. 5 by Officer Phipps of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Az Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Feb. 5.

Brocken is described as a 5-foot-7, 169 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on July 5, 1985, in BAYTOWN, Texas. His last known address is 7103 Timber Edge Lane, Humble.

Jimmy Darwin Burkhalter, 49, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 15.

Burkhalter was arrested on Feb. 5 by Officer Sharp of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

Burkhalter is described as a 5-foot-8, 210 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on February 8, 1963, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 2023 Laurel Lane, Humble.

Eric Ross Archibald, 27, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Feb. 15.

Archibald was arrested on Feb. 10 by Officer Gray of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Feb. 11.

Archibald is described as a 6-foot-0, 140 white 1 with brown hair and green eyes. He was born on August 3, 1984, in WICHITA, KS. His last known address is 1000 Hicks St. #1106, Tomball.

Jason Bernard Culliton, 36, was charged with driving while intoxicated BAC greater than .15) on Feb. 15.
