Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 22-28

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 22-28:

George Wesley Brown II, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Jan. 27.

Brown was arrested on Jan. 24 by Officer Larson of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $600 bond on Jan. 24.

Brown is described as a 5-foot-10, 140 white 1 with red hair and blue eyes. He was born on September 8, 1989, in IRON MT., MI. His last known address is 2119 Sunshine Point Drive ive, Humble.

Bryan Ray Swan, 39, was charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution on Feb. 1.

Swan was arrested on Jan. 26 by Officer Holman H of the Magnolia Police Department on charges of *HINDER APPREHENSION/PROSECUTION*.

Az Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Jan. 27.

Swan is described as a 5-foot-8, 185 white 1 with blond hair and green eyes. He was born on December 13, 1972, in Texas. His last known address is 19514 Sandy Bank, Tomball.
