Montgomery County misdemeanors, Jan. 8-14

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Jan. 8-14:

Kevin J. Mesa, 33, was charged with theft of property ($20 to $500 by check) on June 25.

Mesa was arrested on Jan. 10 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$20Ace'S Bail Bonds posted a $300 bond on Jan. 11.

Mesa is described as a 5-foot-8, 190 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on April 17, 1978. His last known address is 9390 Fm 1960 Apt. 805, Humble.

Shuaib Ullah, 49, was charged with poss gambling device, equip, paraph, gambling promotion and keeping a gambling place on Jan. 19.

Ullah was arrested on Jan. 10 by Officer Chapa J of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *POSS GAMBLING DEVICE/EQUIP/PARAPH *, *GAMBLING PROMOTION* and *KEEPING A GAMBLING PLACE *.

Az Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Jan. 11.

Ullah is described as a 5-foot-9, 173 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 5, 1962, in PK. His last known address is 26108 Queens Glend Drive ive, Humble.

April Aline Lopez, 39, was charged with assault causing bodily injury on Feb. 23.

Lopez was arrested on Jan. 11 by the SAN JACINTO PD on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported two victims.

International Fidelity Ins Co posted a $1,000 bond on Jan. 11.

Lopez is described as a 5 04, 100 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on November 14, 1972. Her last known address is 6203 Laramie St., Humble.

Perry Daniel Margulies, 50, was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams on Jan. 19.

Margulies was arrested on Jan. 11 by Officer Arlen White of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS CS PG 3 AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Jan. 17.

Margulies is described as a 5-foot-8, 180 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 17, 1961, in IL. His last known address is 1826 Wispering ForeSt., Humble.

Jason Anastacio Granados, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Jan. 26.

Granados was arrested on Jan. 13 by Officer Cyrus Stanford of the MAGNOLIA P.D. on charges of *POSS MARIJ E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Jan. 14.

Granados is described as a 5-foot-7, 230 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on September 8, 1992, in Conroe, Texas. His last known address is 915 Baker Drive ive Apt 102, Tomball.

William H. Poff, 40, was charged with theft of property ($20 to $500 by check) on May 10.

Poff was arrested on Jan. 14 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$20Ace'S Bail Bonds posted a $300 bond on Jan. 14.
