Montgomery County misdemeanors, Dec. 25-31

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Dec. 25-31:

Rebekah Anne Parker, 24, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Jan. 12.

Parker was arrested on Dec. 29 by Officer Chapman M of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Dec. 29.

Parker is described as a 5-foot-2, 102 white with brown hair and blue eyes. She was born on June 16, 1987, in Pasadena, Texas. Her last known address is 1930 Adobe St. one Drive ive, Humble.

Kyle Muckleston, 20, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on May 24.

Muckleston was arrested on Dec. 31 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on Jan. 1.

Muckleston is described as a 5-foot-10, 156 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 16, 1991. His last known address is 17234 Pecos Park Lane, Humble.
