Montgomery County misdemeanors, Dec. 4-10

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Dec. 4-10:

David Roy Gibson, 39, was charged with driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container 2nd on Dec. 15.

Gibson was arrested on Dec. 7 by Officer Larson of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT 2ND*.

Daisy Bail Bond posted a $600 bond on Dec. 8.

Cynthia Nicole Lopez, 17, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Dec. 15.

Lyndsey Marie Seydewitz, 28, was charged with deadly conduct on Dec. 15.

Seydewitz was arrested on Dec. 7 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DEADLY CONDUCT*. Police reported one victim.

Katherine Nicole Trevathan, 18, was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams and property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Dec. 15.

Glenn Alexander Graham, 22, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Dec. 15.

Donell Dontae Lott, 20, was charged with failure to identify as a fugitive and intent to give false information on Dec. 15.

Lott was arrested on Dec. 9 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSO INFO**. There was one warrant for the defendant.
