Montgomery County misdemeanors, Nov. 27-Dec. 3

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Nov. 27-Dec. 3:

Zackery Ryan Enriquez, 23, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Dec. 7. His defense attorney is Diana Sims.

Enriquez was arrested on Nov. 28 by Officer Troost of the HPD on charges of *POSS MARIJ Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Nov. 29.

Enriquez is described as a 6-foot-0, 170 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 25, 1988, in AMARILLO, Texas. His last known address is 20806 Green Field, Humble.

Reed McCauley Clyde, 28, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Dec. 7.

Clyde was arrested on Dec. 1 by Officer Frazier M of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Dec. 2. The bond was released on Jan. 9. On Jan. 9, the defendant received a straight fine.

Clyde is described as a 5-foot-10, 215 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on January 18, 1984, in Texas. His last known address is 915 Baker Drive ive, Tomball.

William Everatt Stell III, 30, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Dec. 20.

Stell was arrested on Dec. 2 by Officer Peterson of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Ace'S Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Dec. 3.

Stell is described as a 5-foot-8, 156 white 1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born on July 14, 1981, in Texas. His last known address is 27600 Kings Manor Drive ive, Humble.
