Montgomery County misdemeanors, Nov. 20-26

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Nov. 20-26:

Christopher James Corbitt, 42, was charged with driving while intoxicated BAC greater than .15) on Nov. 29. His defense attorney is Dennis Warren Craggs.

Corbitt was arrested on Nov. 21 by Officer Gray of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >= 0.15*.

Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $600 bond on Nov. 22.

Corbitt is described as a 5-foot-6, 160 white 1 with blond hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 30, 1969, in Texas. His last known address is 21506 Parker Road, Tomball.

Jewel Mason, 48, was charged with theft ($20 to $500 by check) on April 5.

Mason was arrested on Nov. 22 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$20AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Nov. 22.

Mason is described as a 5-foot-8, 165 B with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on April 18, 1963. Her last known address is 18819 Brighton Trail Lane, Tomball.

Jewell Ann Mason, 48, was charged with theft ($20 to $500 by check) on Nov. 1.

Mason was arrested on Nov. 22 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$20AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $800 bond on Nov. 22.

Mason is described as a 5-foot-8, 165 B with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on April 18, 1963. Her last known address is 18819 Brighton Trail Lane, Tomball.

Christian Cano, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Dec. 14.

Cano was arrested on Nov. 23 by Officer Brown, Looza of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *POSS MARIJ Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Nov. 24.

Cano is described as a 6-foot-0, 185 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on April 21, 1992, in CHICAGO, IL. His last known address is 3700 Kingwood Drive ive, Humble.

Patrick Lee Triola, 28, was charged with driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest, search or transport on Dec. 1. His defense attorney is Joseph Richard McGoey.

Triola was arrested on Nov. 26 by Officer Peterson of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT*. Police reported one victim.

Ace'S Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Nov. 26.

Tennyson Bryan Smith, 18, plead Guilty to a charge of evading arrest or detention he was charged with on Dec. 14.

Smith was arrested on Nov. 26 by Officer Frazier of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *EVADING ARREST DETENTION*.

Daisy Bail Bond posted a $2,500 bond on Nov. 26. The bond was released on Feb. 7. On Feb. 7, the case was deferred.
