Montgomery County misdemeanors, Nov. 6-12

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Nov. 6-12:

Demarcus Raishawn Thomas, 20, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Nov. 17. His defense attorney is Andrea Sadler.

Thomas was arrested on Nov. 11 by Officer D Weatherford of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Nov. 12.

Thomas is described as a 5-foot-9, 165 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on June 25, 1991, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 20919 Roxette Court, Humble.

George Michael Scott, 21, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Nov. 18. His defense attorney is David Bluestein.

Scott was arrested on Nov. 12 by Officer Martinez of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on Nov. 12.

Scott is described as a 5-foot-9, 300 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on September 18, 1990, in MONTGOMERY, Texas. His last known address is 919 Timkin Road, Tomball.
