Montgomery County misdemeanors, Oct. 30-Nov. 5

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Oct. 30-Nov. 5:

Alvin Ladarian Jackson, 17, plead Not Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Nov. 3. His defense attorney is Carlie L Fraser.

Jackson was arrested on Oct. 31 by Officer Judd Russell of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50

The case was dismissed on Nov. 4.

Jackson is described as a 6-foot-0, 200 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on June 21, 1994, in Texas. His last known address is 5900 Greens Road, Humble.

Lyndon Dean Creasey, 51, was charged with failure to identify as a fugitive and intent to give false information and possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams on Nov. 3. His defense attorney is Stephen D Jackson.

Creasey was arrested on Nov. 1 by Officer E Blackwelder J of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSO INFO* and *POSS CS PG 3 AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Nov. 2.

Creasey is described as a 6-foot-1, 230 white 1 with gray hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 19, 1960, in LYNWOOD, California. His last known address is 21611 Country Club, Tomball.

Noboa Maria Christina, 18, was charged with theft of property ($500 to $1,500) on Dec. 8. Her defense attorney is Michael Valdez.

Christina was arrested on Nov. 5 by Officer D Weatherford of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$500Cash Bond posted a $1,000 bond on Nov. 6.

Christina is described as a 5-foot-0, 120 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on January 6, 1994, in EU. Her last known address is 2 Klein Woods, Tomball.

Martha Del Rocio Noboa, 18, plead Not Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Nov. 17.

Noboa was arrested on Nov. 5 by Officer D Weatherford of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Cash Bond posted a $1,000 bond on Nov. 6. The bond was released on Dec. 13.

The case was dismissed on Dec. 13.

Rodrigo Tellez, 17, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Nov. 9. His defense attorney is Paul V Kendell.
