Montgomery County misdemeanors, Oct. 23-29

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Oct. 23-29:

Elissa Nicole Covington, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Oct. 31.

Covington was arrested on Oct. 25 by Officer P Sibille of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Oct. 26.

Covington is described as a 5-foot-7, 110 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on December 1, 1992, in HUMBLE Texas, TX. Her last known address is 200 Northpines Drive ive, Humble.

Bobby L. Fife Jr., 46, plead Guilty to a charge of theft of property ($20 to $500 by check), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Aug. 10.

Fife was arrested on Oct. 25 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$20

On Oct. 28, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Fife is described as a 6-foot-0, 185 white 1 with blond hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 27, 1966. His last known address is 20019 River Brook, Humble.

Aaron Jarrod Adams, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of evading arrest or detention he was charged with on Oct. 31.

Adams was arrested on Oct. 27 by Officer Thomas Smith of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *EVADING ARREST DETENTION* and *THEFT PROP>=$50AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on Oct. 28. The bond was released on Jan. 19.

On Jan. 19, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Adams is described as a 5-foot-11, 140 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on September 15, 1989, in Texas. His last known address is 14831 Ramblebrook Lane, Humble.

David Alan Oliver, 27, was charged with accident involving damage to a vehicle ($200 or greater) on March 30.

Oliver was arrested on Oct. 28 by the FRIO CO on charges of *ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO VEHICLE>=$200*. There were two warrants for the defendant. Police reported two victims.

Best Way Out posted a $500 bond on Oct. 28. The bond was forfeited on Jan. 19.

Oliver is described as a 6 02, 180 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on April 2, 1984. His last known address is 105 OxfoRoad St., Tomball.
