Montgomery County misdemeanor, Oct. 16-22

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor during the week of Oct. 16-22:

Scott Joseph Vizier, 44, was charged with falsifying a drug test falsification device on Oct. 24.

Vizier was arrested on Oct. 18 by Officer Whatley J of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *FALSE DRUG TEST FALSIFICATION DEVICE*. There were two warrants for the defendant.

A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Oct. 19. The bond was released on Nov. 23.

Vizier is described as a 5-foot-11, 205 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 4, 1967, in GALLIANO, Louisiana. His last known address is 7018 Atasca Creek, Humble.
