Montgomery County misdemeanors, Oct. 2-8

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Oct. 2-8:

Troy Don Tindall, 19, plead Guilty to a charge of making a terroristic threat, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Oct. 6. His defense attorney is Wendy Featherston-Fontenot.

Tindall was arrested on Oct. 2 by Officer S Sherlock of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *TERRORISTIC THREAT*. Police reported one victim.

On Oct. 14, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Tindall is described as a 6-foot-0, 150 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on May 17, 1992, in MI. His last known address is 14511 Tisha Lane, Tomball.

Lisa Duncan Griffin, 50, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Oct. 6. Her defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Griffin was arrested on Oct. 3 by Officer Cruz R of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on Oct. 3.

Griffin is described as a 5-foot-5, 160 white with blond hair and brown eyes. She was born on March 29, 1961, in Texas. Her last known address is 4006 Fawn Creek, Humble.

Robert Alan Knight, 44, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Oct. 10. His defense attorney is Benton Iv Baker.

Knight was arrested on Oct. 5 by Officer Schmaltz of the SHPD on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $600 bond on Oct. 6.

Knight is described as a 6-foot-2, 272 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 14, 1967, in OK. His last known address is 1515 Rudel # 907, Tomball.
