Montgomery County misdemeanors, Sept. 25-Oct. 1

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Sept. 25-Oct. 1:

Ryan Carl Rudel, 24, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 29. His defense attorney is Morgan Bourque.

Rudel was arrested on Sept. 25 by Officer Jacob Eisenmenger of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Sept. 26.

Rudel is described as a 6-foot-0, 180 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on September 1, 1987, in TOMBALL, Texas. His last known address is 1438 Rudel Road, Tomball.

Michael Edward Thomas Jr., 22, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on Oct. 5.

Thomas was arrested on Sept. 30 by Officer Irvine of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Sept. 30.

Thomas is described as a 5-foot-11, 185 white 1 with blond hair and brown eyes. He was born on June 26, 1989, in Texas. His last known address is 915 Baker Drive, Tomball.
