Montgomery County misdemeanors, Sept. 18-24

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Sept. 18-24:

Terrie Melinda Mack, 51, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Sept. 22. Her defense attorney is Erik Berglund.

Mack was arrested on Sept. 18 by Officer Senegal of the Magnolia Police Department on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

On Sept. 23, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Mack is described as a 5-foot-6, 160 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on June 16, 1960, in MOBILE, AL. Her last known address is 1000 Hicks St., Tomball.

Gabriel Lynn Claussen, 20, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams he was charged with on Sept. 28. His defense attorney is Matt Neufeld.

Claussen was arrested on Sept. 22 by Officer Derrick Harris of the LONE STAR COLLEGE PD on charges of *POSS CS PG 3

On Sept. 30, the case was deferred.

Claussen is described as a 6-foot-1, 168 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 28, 1991, in IL. His last known address is 16472 Hill Country Drive ive, Humble.

Paul Lucas Bryant, 23, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 3 less than 28 grams on Oct. 6. His defense attorney is Christopher H Warren.

Bryant was arrested on Sept. 23 by Officer Reece B of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS CS PG 3 AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on Sept. 23.

Bryant is described as a 6-foot-2, 175 white 1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born on October 3, 1988, in DECATUR, AL. His last known address is 19210 Mill Oak St. ation Court, Humble.
