Montgomery County misdemeanors, Sept. 4-10

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Sept. 4-10:

Sarah Ruth Nichols, 21, plead Guilty to a charge of criminal trespassing, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Sept. 8.

Nichols was arrested on Sept. 6 by Officer Kevin Pickerill of the MC SHERIFF'S OFFICE on charges of *CRIMINAL TRESPASS*. Police reported one victim.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Sept. 7. The bond was released on Oct. 5. On Oct. 5, the case was deferred.

Nichols is described as a 5-foot-7, 145 white with brown hair and blue eyes. She was born on March 11, 1990, in Texas. Her last known address is 3700 Kingwood Drive ive #1923, Humble.

Thomas Allen Baker Jr., 28, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Sept. 12.

Baker was arrested on Sept. 8 by Officer G Boyas of the WOODBRANCH on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*. Police reported one victim.

Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $500 bond on Sept. 8. The bond was released on Nov. 9. On Nov. 9, the defendant received a straight fine.

Baker is described as a 5-foot-9, 160 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 30, 1983, in Texas. His last known address is 1106 North Ave. . EaSt., Humble.

Shannon Lynn Bryan, 40, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 12. Her defense attorney is Bert Steinmann.

Bryan was arrested on Sept. 8 by Officer Leitner of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Sept. 8.

Bryan is described as a 5-foot-5, 140 white with brown hair and green eyes. She was born on December 23, 1971, in Houston, Texas. Her last known address is 1323 CaSt. le Hill Trail, Humble.

Lisa Victoria Fojtik, 23, plead Not Guilty to a charge of making a terroristic threat to family or household member she was charged with on Sept. 12. Her defense attorney is Michael Matlak.

Fojtik was arrested on Sept. 8 by Officer Jeremiah Bourne of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *TERRORISTIC THREAT OF FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD* and *EVADING ARREST DETENTION*. Police reported one victim.

The case was dismissed on Sept. 16.

Fojtik is described as a 5-foot-8, 155 white with brown hair and green eyes. She was born on April 14, 1988, in Houston, Texas. Her last known address is 2511 Pebble St. ream Court, Humble.

Julio Gonzalez Rolon, 66, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on Sept. 15. His defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Rolon was arrested on Sept. 9 by Officer M Lyons of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $2,500 bond on Sept. 10. The bond was released on Dec. 5. The final judgment was on Dec. 5.

Rolon is described as a 5-foot-4, 160 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on May 24, 1945, in PUERTO RICO, United States. His last known address is 24715 Sandusky Drive, Tomball.

Gallivan Christina Marie, 24, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 7. Her defense attorney is Robert Eutsler.

Marie was arrested on Sept. 4 by Officer Moamen Abdelbaky of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Daisy Bail Bond posted a $600 bond on Sept. 5.
