Montgomery County misdemeanors, Aug. 28-Sept. 3

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Aug. 28-Sept. 3:

Kellie Nicole Martin, 22, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Sept. 7. Her defense attorney is Michael Hinton.

Martin was arrested on Aug. 28 by Officer Williams C of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT*.

Az Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Aug. 29. The bond was released on Nov. 14. The final judgment was on Nov. 14.

Martin is described as a 5-foot-5, 120 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on November 29, 1989, in GRAND RAPIDS, MI. Her last known address is 12110 Whitney Meadows, Tomball.

Kenneth Stephen Guth, 59, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Sept. 8. His defense attorney is Charles Mark Porter.

Guth was arrested on Sept. 1 by Officer Larson of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Daisy Bail Bond posted a $600 bond on Sept. 2. The bond was released on Jan. 9. The final judgment was on Jan. 9.

Guth is described as a 5-foot-10, 170 white 1 with blond hair and blue eyes. He was born on October 23, 1952, in Georgia. His last known address is 27108 Palace Pine Court, Humble.

Shane Andrew Russell, 27, plead Guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily injury (family violence) he was charged with on Sept. 14. His defense attorney is Terri Lynn Mendez.

Russell was arrested on Sept. 2 by Officer Marcus of the Port Authority Police Department on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES B.I.:FAMILY VIOLENCE*. Police reported one victim.

Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on Sept. 16. The bond was released on Oct. 11. On Oct. 11, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Russell is described as a 5-foot-9, 180 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on April 15, 1984, in Texas. His last known address is 711 3Road St., Humble.

Mariah Denise Arroyo, 18, was charged with property theft (greater than $50, less than $500) on Sept. 8. Her defense attorney is Matthew J . Neufeld.
