Montgomery County misdemeanors, Aug. 21-27

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Aug. 21-27:

Ashley Michelle Robinson, 26, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Aug. 25. Her defense attorney is Andrea M Kolski.

Robinson was arrested on Aug. 21 by Officer Reece B of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED* and *POSS CS NOT IN PG*. Police reported one victim.

The final judgment was on Aug. 26.

Robinson is described as a 5-foot-1, 100 white with blond hair and blue eyes. She was born on December 4, 1985, in Texas. Her last known address is 327 WeSt. Huffsmith, Tomball.

George Michael Scott, 21, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Aug. 29. His defense attorney is David Bluestein.

Scott was arrested on Aug. 21 by Officer M Runnels of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Aug. 22.

Scott is described as a 5-foot-9, 325 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on September 18, 1990, in , Texas. His last known address is 919 Timkin Road, Tomball.

Hannah Delaney Rice, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on Aug. 25. Her defense attorney is Paul Valdivieso.

Rice was arrested on Aug. 22 by Officer E Hernandez of the SPLENDORA PD on charges of *POSS MARIJ Personal Recognizance Bonds posted a $500 bond on Aug. 23.

Rice is described as a 5-foot-3, 175 white with brown hair and blue eyes. She was born on July 22, 1992, in Texas. Her last known address is 2103 ThoUSA nd Pines, Humble.

Homer Ricardo Zamora, 45, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Aug. 25. His defense attorney is Darin John Ray.

Zamora was arrested on Aug. 22 by Officer Culak of the WIPD on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Aug. 23.

Mitchell Derekalan Jenkins, 31, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on Sept. 1.

Jenkins was arrested on Aug. 24 by Officer Wolfhagen of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Michael J. Tunnell, 34, was charged with theft of property ($20 to $500 by check) on Feb. 27.

Jose Guadelupe Gomez Jr., 30, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sept. 1.
