Montgomery County misdemeanors, Aug. 7-13

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Aug. 7-13:

Robert Albert Ward III, 41, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Aug. 11. His defense attorney is Joseph J . Labella.

Ward was arrested on Aug. 7 by Officer D Woods C of the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

On Aug. 19, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Ward is described as a 6-foot-2, 230 white 1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born on September 30, 1970, in Tampa, Fla. His last known address is 4045 Wilson Road, Humble.

Blanchard Donna Tucker, 47, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Aug. 23.

Tucker was arrested on Aug. 8 by Officer J Walker of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Aug. 9. The bond was released on Oct. 26.

On Oct. 26, the defendant received a straight fine.

Tucker is described as a 5-foot-7, 145 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on May 2, 1964, in MO. Her last known address is 19611 PinehurSt. Trail Drive ive, Humble.

Carolyn Abbey Scheffler, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of falsifying a drug test falsification device, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on Aug. 17. Her defense attorney is C Gibbs. Deandre.

Scheffler was arrested on Aug. 9 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **FALSE DRUG TEST FALSIFICATION DEVICE**. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on Aug. 10. The bond was forfeited on Oct. 26. The bond was released on Feb. 2. On Feb. 3, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Scheffler is described as a 5-foot-4, 155 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on January 27, 1988, in Texas. Her last known address is 9494 Humble WeSt. field #1512, Humble.

Bryan Haywood Smith, 30, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Aug. 18. His defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Smith was arrested on Aug. 13 by Officer Jason Henson of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Aug. 13.

Smith is described as a 5-foot-8, 155 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 20, 1981, in NY. His last known address is 8603 Amy Brook Court, Humble.

James Christopher Dalton II, 26, was charged with possession of a dangerous drug on Aug. 18. His defense attorney is Gilbert G Garcia.

Dalton was arrested on Aug. 13 by Officer Troost Kd of the HPD on charges of *POSS DANGEROUS DRUG*.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $750 bond on Aug. 15.
