Montgomery County misdemeanors, July 31-Aug. 6

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of July 31-Aug. 6:

Jonathan Ross Barker, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container on Aug. 10. His defense attorney is Reyes Jr., Frumencio.

Barker was arrested on Aug. 1 by Officer McGilbery J of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT*.

Daisy Bail Bond posted a $600 bond on Aug. 3.

Barker is described as a 5-foot-11, 165 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on July 22, 1989, in Humble, Texas. His last known address is 7902 Delvin Drive ive, Humble.

Jonathan Preston Bomar, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated, open alcoholic beverage container on Aug. 11. His defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.

Bomar was arrested on Aug. 5 by Officer Williams of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on Aug. 6.

Bomar is described as a 5-foot-11, 175 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on February 10, 1989, in WA. His last known address is 19330 Anchor Bay Lane, Humble.

Kevin James Young, 21, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Oct. 6. His defense attorney is Heather Harrison Hall.

Young was arrested on Aug. 5 by Officer Todd Schmaltz of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $1,500 bond on Aug. 7. The bond was released on Dec. 13.

On Dec. 13, the case was deferred.

Young is described as a 5 7, 210 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on May 7, 1990. His last known address is 6330 Veranda Green Trail, Humble.

James Edgar Shealy, 23, was charged with assault causing bodily injury on July 29. His defense attorney is Dennis V Yates.

Shealy was arrested on Aug. 6 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ*. There were two warrants for the defendant. Police reported one victim and one witness.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $1,500 bond on Aug. 7.

Shealy is described as a 6 00, 140 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on May 20, 1988. His last known address is 22318 Hollybranch Drive ive, Tomball.
