Montgomery County misdemeanors, July 24-30

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of July 24-30:

Brittany Marie Boeker, 27, was charged with driving while intoxicated on July 19. Her defense attorney is Michael Valdez.

Boeker was arrested on July 27 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on July 27.

Benjamin Wayne Hayden, 26, was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a controlled substance not in a penalty group on May 19. His defense attorney is Keith Valigura.

Hayden was arrested on July 27 by the Harris County Police Department on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*, *POSS DANGEROUS DRUG* and **POSS CS NOT IN PG**. There was one warrant for the defendant.

Valigura, Keith posted a $500 bond on July 27.

Hayden is described as a 5 11, 160 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on December 18, 1985. His last known address is 21802 ForeSt. Vista, Humble.

Justin Ryan King, 23, was charged with interfering with an emergency call on April 19. His defense attorney is Christopher Beck.

King was arrested on July 30 by the TOMBALL PD on charges of *INTERFER W/EMERGENCY CALL*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on July 30.
