Montgomery County misdemeanors, July 3-9

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of July 3-9:

Wilfred Charles Halderman, 27, plead Not Guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily injury (family violence) he was charged with on May 24. His defense attorney is Jeffery M . Staples.

Halderman was arrested on July 3 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *ASSAULT CAUSES B.I.:FAMILY VIOLENCE*. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $500 bond on July 4. The bond was released on Oct. 11. The case was dismissed on Oct. 10.

Halderman is described as a 5 06, 130 white 1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born on April 5, 1984. His last known address is 412 South Bender Ave. Apt 5612, Humble.

Abraham Carrillo, 23, was charged with driving while intoxicated on July 14. His defense attorney is Khalil Saman "Charlie".

Carrillo was arrested on July 5 by Officer Herman Suarez of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Cash Bond posted a $600 bond on July 5.

Carrillo is described as a 5-foot-6, 170 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on November 2, 1988, in Texas. His last known address is 506 Percival, Tomball.

Fannon Bell Stephens, 49, was charged with harassment on May 25. Her defense attorney is Jose E Mata.

Stephens was arrested on July 9 by the Rural Fire Protection Services on charges of *HARASSMENT *. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.
