Montgomery County misdemeanors, June 26-July 2

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of June 26-July 2:

Talmon Wesley Hardin Jr., 25, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on June 30. His defense attorney is William Lloyd "Bill" Savoie.

Hardin was arrested on June 28 by Officer Stafford D of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $500 bond on June 29.

Hardin is described as a 5-foot-8, 150 white 1 with red hair and hazel eyes. He was born on March 6, 1986, in PEORIA, IL. His last known address is 21302 Berryvine Drive ive, Tomball.

Kendall Clark Knight, 40, was charged with driving while intoxicated on July 14. His defense attorney is Douglas W Atkinson.

Knight was arrested on July 2 by Officer Martin of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $600 bond on July 3.

Knight is described as a 6-foot-1, 250 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on April 14, 1971, in Texas. His last known address is 2026 Lake Creek Drive ive, Humble.

Alex Lopez, 31, plead Guilty to a charge of deadly conduct he was charged with on July 14. His defense attorney is Donna Owen.

Lopez was arrested on July 2 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **DEADLY CONDUCT**. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on July 3. The bond was released on Sept. 1. On Nov. 18, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.
