Montgomery County misdemeanors, June 5-11

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of June 5-11:

Kenneth Wayne Lee, 20, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 15. His defense attorney is Janet Celeste Blackburn.

Lee was arrested on June 8 by Officer David Birch of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *POSS MARIJ

On June 17, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Lee is described as a 5-foot-5, 160 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on October 11, 1991, in Humble, Texas. His last known address is 23200 ForeSt. North Drive, Humble.

Trayshaun Pierre Arrington, 21, plead Guilty to a charge of theft of property ($500 to $1,500) he was charged with on June 15.

Arrington was arrested on June 8 by Officer Herman Suarez of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$500

On June 17, the case was deferred.

Arrington is described as a 5-foot-9, 160 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 30, 1991, in DETROIT, MI. His last known address is 515 South Bender Ave., Humble.
