Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 29-June 4

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 29-June 4:

James Paul Gipson, 33, was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon (switchblade or knuckles) on June 8. His defense attorney is Turner Max B Jr.

Gipson was arrested on June 1 by Officer Jeffrey Herman of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *PROH WEAPON SWITCHBLADE/KNUCKLES*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on June 1.
