Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 22-28
The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 22-28:
Jerry Dewayne Malone Jr., 32, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 1. His defense attorney is Matthew J . Neufeld.
Malone was arrested on May 25 by Officer Rivera E of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.
On June 3, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.Malone is described as a 5-foot-10, 170 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on April 28, 1979, in HUBBARD, Texas. His last known address is 2119 Lne Rock Drive ive, Humble.
Dean Matthew French, 38, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on June 8. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.
French was arrested on May 28 by Officer Ward of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.
Lagway'S Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on May 29. The bond was released on Jan. 18. On Jan. 18, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.French is described as a 6-foot-0, 230 white 1 with brown hair and green eyes. He was born on June 12, 1973, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 22401 Mueschke, Tomball.
