Montgomery County misdemeanors, May 8-14

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of May 8-14:

Tommy Edward Lout, 31, plead Guilty to a charge of criminal trespassing, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 12. His defense attorney is Edward Randolph Turnbull.

Lout was arrested on May 10 by Officer Chris Weisinger of the SPLENDORA PD on charges of *CRIMINAL TRESPASS W/DEADLY WEAPON*. Police reported one victim.

On Sept. 2, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Lout is described as a 6-foot-0, 200 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 18, 1981, in Texas. His last known address is 21503 Maria Amore, Humble.

Stephanie Achee Keith, 32, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on May 25. Her defense attorney is Heather Harrison Hall.

Keith was arrested on May 12 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **THEFT PROP>=$50E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on May 13. The bond was released on Aug. 10.

On Aug. 12, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Keith is described as a 5-foot-2, 130 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on August 25, 1979, in Houston, Texas. Her last known address is 7126 Oak Walk Drive ive, Humble.

Jesse Lee Rixse, 24, plead Guilty to a charge of accident involving damage to a vehicle ($200 or greater), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 18. His defense attorney is Chester Deandre Gibbs.

Rixse was arrested on May 12 by Officer Martinez of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO VEHICLE>=$200*.

On June 3, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Rixse is described as a 5-foot-6, 192 white 1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born on January 28, 1988, in Humble, Texas. His last known address is 3715 MiSt. y Ridge Road, Humble.

Steven James Sherrell, 26, plead Not Guilty to a charge of racing on the highway, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 24.

Sherrell was arrested on May 12 by Officer J Amstutz of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *RACING ON HIGHWAY*.

Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $500 bond on May 13. The bond was released on July 12. The case was dismissed on Jan. 27.

Sherrell is described as a 5-foot-10, 172 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on September 16, 1985, in Texas. His last known address is 603 Trail Springs Court, Humble.

Sean Thomas Andree, 22, was charged with driving while intoxicated on May 12. His defense attorney is Stephen E Dennis.

Andree was arrested on May 8 by Officer Angelina C. Flores of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

Cash Bond posted a $600 bond on May 9.

Andree is described as a 6-foot-1, 150 white 1 with brown hair and green eyes. He was born on December 22, 1989, in Texas. His last known address is 19919 Sundance Drive ive, Humble.
