Montgomery County misdemeanors, April 24-30

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of April 24-30:

Christopher Thomas Moore, 31, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 28.

Moore was arrested on April 24 by Officer Ford of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *POSS MARIJ

On April 29, the defendant received a straight fine.

Moore is described as a 5-foot-10, 150 white 1 with red hair and blue eyes. He was born on June 26, 1980, in BEAUMONT, Texas. His last known address is 17127 Memphis St., Humble.

Jay Dee Vanburen, 31, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 28. His defense attorney is Ryan Summers.

Vanburen was arrested on April 24 by Officer C Azwell of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50Az Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on April 25. The bond was released on June 29.

On June 29, the case was deferred.

Vanburen is described as a 5-foot-11, 140 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on April 26, 1980, in IL. His last known address is 10334 Fire Sage Drive ive, Humble.

Aaron Ghirmay Kahsay, 25, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on May 5. His defense attorney is Ginger Cole-Byrd.

Kahsay was arrested on April 28 by Officer Phipps of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on April 29. The bond was released on June 29.

On June 29, the case was deferred.

Kahsay is described as a 5-foot-10, 195 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on September 23, 1986, in ADDIAS ABEBA, YY. His last known address is 2200 Lake Village Drive ive, Humble.

Linda Joyce Gilliam, 58, was charged with driving while intoxicated on May 11. Her defense attorney is Jeanine Elaine Holoye.

Gilliam was arrested on April 29 by Officer Jason Prince of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*. Police reported one victim.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $600 bond on April 30.

Gilliam is described as a 5-foot-2, 125 white with blond hair and blue eyes. She was born on May 5, 1953, in Houston, Texas. Her last known address is 14607 BouDrive eaux Road, Tomball.

Johnathan Edwin Pittman, 27, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on May 11. His defense attorney is Earl Sean Spielman.

Pittman was arrested on April 29 by Officer F Rizk of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*. There were two warrants for the defendant.

J R Patterson posted a $500 bond on April 30.
