Montgomery County misdemeanor, April 17-23

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor during the week of April 17-23:

David Allen Hynous, 22, plead Not Guilty to a charge of evading arrest or detention he was charged with on April 20. His defense attorney is David P Ward.

Hynous was arrested on April 21 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *EVADING ARREST DETENTION*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

The case was dismissed on Aug. 22.

Hynous is described as a 5-foot-10, 170 white 1 with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was born on June 7, 1989. His last known address is 32402 WeSt. wood Square, Humble.
