Montgomery County misdemeanors, April 10-16

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of April 10-16:

Jake Edwards III, 38, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on April 14. His defense attorney is Michael A McDougal.

Edwards was arrested on April 10 by Officer J Amstutz of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on April 11.

Edwards is described as a 5-foot-7, 160 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 3, 1974, in Texas. His last known address is 21527 Black Opal Lane, Humble.

David Allen Money, 20, plead No Contest to a charge of resisting arrest, search or transport he was charged with on May 4. His defense attorney is Robert Shubael Bartlett.

Money was arrested on April 10 by Officer Arturo Looza of the CONSTABLE, PCT 4 on charges of *RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT*.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $5,000 bond on April 11. The bond was released on Jan. 18. On Jan. 18, the case was deferred.

Money is described as a 5-foot-9, 175 white 1 with black hair and green eyes. He was born on August 6, 1991, in Texas. His last known address is 8110 Swan Meadow Lane, Humble.

Steven Silverhorn Durkee, 57, plead Not Guilty to a charge of theft of property ($500 to $1,500) he was charged with on April 20. His defense attorney is Ralph M Shepherd.

Durkee was arrested on April 13 by Officer Bledsoe M of the SHPD on charges of *THEFT PROP >=$500Ace'S Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on April 14. The bond was released on June 17.

The case was dismissed on July 29.

Nancy Vargas, 28, was charged with driving with an invalid license and previous conviction on April 20. Her defense attorney is Katherine Shipman.

Vargas was arrested on April 15 by Officer Kevin Frantz of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.
