Montgomery County misdemeanors, April 3-9

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of April 3-9:

Elvin Ray Stowe, 46, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on April 7. His defense attorney is Thomas S ., Jr. Austin.

Stowe was arrested on April 4 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **THEFT PROP>=$50A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on April 5. The bond was forfeited on May 10. The bond was released on May 23.

On July 29, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Stowe is described as a 5-foot-9, 215 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on November 22, 1965, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 10614 Mahaffey Road, Tomball.

Michelle Lee Medina, 41, plead Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on April 7. Her defense attorney is Keaton Kirkwood.

Medina was arrested on April 5 by Officer Kenneth Morris of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on April 12. The bond was released on May 11. On May 11, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Medina is described as a 5-foot-2, 169 white with black hair and brown eyes. She was born on April 25, 1970, in MISSION, Texas. Her last known address is 19014 Neath St., Humble.

Mandy Lee Nelson, 30, plead No Contest to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on April 19.

Nelson was arrested on April 7 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on April 8. The bond was released on Aug. 8.

On Aug. 8, the defendant received a straight fine.

Nelson is described as a 4-foot-6, 105 white with brown hair and brown eyes. She was born on April 5, 1981, in Pasadena, Texas. Her last known address is 22727 Black Willow Drive ive, Tomball.

Todd Glick, 34, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) Glick was arrested on April 9 by Officer Michael Wheless of the D.P.S. - SGT. HERNANDEZ on charges of *POSS MARIJ E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $1,500 bond on April 10. The bond was forfeited on Dec. 13.

Glick is described as a 5 10, 175 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on April 21, 1977. His last known address is 18763 Main, Tomball.

Pedro Suarez, 40, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on April 14. His defense attorney is Ruben Franco (Jr.).

Suarez was arrested on April 9 by Officer Martin M of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

On April 15, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Suarez is described as a 5-foot-9, 220 white 1 with brown hair and brown eyes. He was born on October 16, 1971, in Minnesota. His last known address is Hirsch # 112, Humble.
