Montgomery County misdemeanors, March 20-26

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of March 20-26:

Kristin Michelle Cubbedge, 20, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on March 24. Her defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.

Cubbedge was arrested on March 20 by Officer J Durrenberger of the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of *THEFT PROP>=$50A-1 Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on March 21. The bond was released on Sept. 27.

On Sept. 27, the case was deferred.

Cubbedge is described as a 5-foot-2, 135 white with brown hair and green eyes. She was born on November 8, 1991, in LOUISIANA, Louisiana. Her last known address is 23423 Highway 59 North #2811, Humble.

David Bryant Horton Jr., 21, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than two ounces) on March 23.

Horton was arrested on March 20 by Officer Joseph McGallicher of the FOREST SERVICE on charges of *POSS MARIJ Bail Bonds By Renell posted a $500 bond on March 23.

Horton is described as a 5-foot-10, 150 white 1 with blond hair and blue eyes. He was born on November 28, 1990, in Texas. His last known address is 23302 Willow Wood, Tomball.

Adam Ross Ghafoor, 26, plead Guilty to a charge of evading arrest or detention he was charged with on April 4. His defense attorney is Jeremy Stadler Dishongh.

Ghafoor was arrested on March 25 by Officer Rivera of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *EVADING ARREST DETENTION* and *POSS MARIJ AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $750 bond on March 26. The bond was released on Sept. 13.

On Sept. 13, the defendant received a straight fine.

Ghafoor is described as a 6-foot-1, 200 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on May 12, 1985, in Houston, Texas. His last known address is 2251 Middle Creek, Humble.

Ghafoor was arrested on March 25 by Officer Rivera of the Harris County Precinct 4 on charges of *EVADING ARREST DETENTION* and *POSS MARIJ AAAA Betterway Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on March 26. The bond was released on Sept. 13.

The case was dismissed on Sept. 13.

Elizabeth Ellen Renner, 49, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor she was charged with on April 6.

Renner was arrested on March 26 by Officer Anez J of the Magnolia Police Department on charges of *POSS MARIJ E-Z Out Bail Bonds By Doug posted a $500 bond on March 26. The bond was released on June 14.

On June 14, the defendant received a straight fine.

Renner is described as a 5-foot-5, 130 white with brown hair and green eyes. She was born on September 4, 1962, in OHIO, OH. Her last known address is 21003 Cook Road, Tomball.
