Montgomery County misdemeanors, March 6-12

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of March 6-12:

Demarea Jonte Morales, 23, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 10.

Morales was arrested on March 8 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **THEFT PROP>=$50Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on March 9. The bond was released on June 27.

On June 27, the case was deferred.

Morales is described as a 6-foot-3, 295 B 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 29, 1988, in SACRAMENTO, California. His last known address is 5515 Deer Timbers Trail, Humble.

Victor Manuel Reyes, 27, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 16.

Reyes was arrested on March 8 by Officer Zendt of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED*.

On March 18, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Reyes is described as a 5-foot-4, 145 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on January 22, 1985, in MEXICO, Minnesota. His last known address is 3700 Kingwood Drive ive, Humble.

Jason A. Schwartz, 31, plead Not Guilty to a charge of driving with an invalid license and previous conviction, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 23. His defense attorney is K Dunn.S. "Gator".

Schwartz was arrested on March 9 by Officer Kennelly of the Harris County Precinct 3 on charges of *DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on March 9. The bond was released on Aug. 22. The case was dismissed on Aug. 22.

Schwartz is described as a 6-foot-0, 240 white 1 with blond hair and blue eyes. He was born on December 3, 1980, in Texas. His last known address is 9010 Deewick Court, Tomball.

Francis Javier Moreno, 47, plead Guilty to a charge of failure to identify oneself or giving false or fictitious information, a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on March 16.

Moreno was arrested on March 10 by Officer Fernandez of the HPD on charges of *FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICT INFO*. There was one warrant for the defendant.

AAAA Discount Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on March 12. The bond was released on April 27. On April 27, the defendant received a straight fine.

Moreno is described as a 5-foot-9, 160 white 1 with black hair and brown eyes. He was born on August 8, 1964, in BH. His last known address is 1230 Fm 1960 Bypass Road #503, Humble.
