Montgomery County misdemeanors, Feb. 20-26

The Montgomery County Clerk reported the following criminal misdemeanor records during the week of Feb. 20-26:

Adrian Nathaniel Comstock, 28, plead Guilty to a charge of property theft (greater than $50, less than $500), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 24. His defense attorney is Christopher Neal Allen.

Comstock was arrested on Feb. 22 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **THEFT PROP>=$50Asap Bail Bonds posted a $500 bond on Feb. 22. The bond was forfeited on March 9. The bond was released on July 7.

On June 3, the defendant received a straight jail sentence.

Comstock is described as a 6-foot-5, 250 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on March 30, 1983, in Texas. His last known address is 3700 Kingwood Drive ive #2325, Humble.

Kevin Ray Horton, 26, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on Feb. 24. His defense attorney is Joseph J Labella.

Horton was arrested on Feb. 22 by Officer McGilbery of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND*.

Asap Bail Bonds posted a $1,000 bond on Feb. 22. The bond was released on Oct. 4. On Oct. 4, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.

Horton is described as a 6-foot-1, 175 white 1 with brown hair and green eyes. He was born on April 4, 1985, in Texas. His last known address is 2414 Shadbury Court, Humble.

Kelly James Radcliffe, 56, plead Guilty to a charge of possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), a Class B misdemeanor he was charged with on Feb. 24. His defense attorney is Jerald Donald Crow.

Radcliffe was arrested on Feb. 22 by Officer Ward of the Department of Public Safety on charges of *POSS MARIJ Cash Bond posted a $500 bond on Feb. 23. The bond was released on Aug. 2.

On Aug. 2, the defendant was convicted of a lesser charge.

Radcliffe is described as a 5-foot-9, 160 white 1 with gray hair and hazel eyes. He was born on September 16, 1955, in NM. His last known address is 6511 CobbleSt. one Hill, Humble.

Llelwyn Dean Boswell, 40, plead Guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated he was charged with on March 2.

Boswell was arrested on Feb. 26 by the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office on charges of **DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONT 2ND**. There was one warrant for the defendant. Police reported one victim.

Daisy Bail Bond posted a $1,200 bond on Feb. 26. The bond was released on April 5. The final judgment was on April 5.

Boswell is described as a 5-foot-10, 164 white 1 with brown hair and blue eyes. He was born on March 4, 1971, in Texas. His last known address is 302 Moore St., Tomball.
